The T11 explosives plant, located in Nalaikh district of Ulaanbaatar, began its operations in 2006 and is the first explosives facility totally financed by national investment. The T11 plant includes a complete ANFO production line, made in the USA, ANFO charging trucks for loading blastholes, and other equipments. It is a modern facility equipped with automatedoperation systems for manufacturing including a laboratory for quality control.

We import and supply from our storage mining equipments such as draglines, shovels, drill rigs, mining dumpers, hydraulic compressors, crusher, mill and their spare parts as well as bearings and steel wire ropes. We also provide services such as assembling, advice and training of technical staff. We work as official representative of “Objedinennye Mashinostroitelnye Zavody” (Uralmash-Izhora Group), “Uralmash”, “Ijorskiye Zavody”, “Rosenergomash concern (ZKEM)”. We also act as official distributor for “Furukawa Rock Drill” and supply Japanese drill rigs and AIRMAN brand air compressors of Hokuetsu, Japan. Represented also by us is JSC ”Azot” Brezniki, manufacturer of ammonia nitrate. Furthermore, we supply spare parts for Cat, Komatsu, Terex equipments into the market.
In order to further meet the needs of our customers, MERA LLC is performing through our professional team blasthole drilling service by utilizing latest, highly efficient technology and drill rigs. As a result, we perform complete drilling and blasting services, which save time and expenses for our clients and as such have increased their work efficiency. We have introduced in 2009, a Japanese drill rig Furukawa HCR 1500-ED II in our drilling service. Moreover, in order to enhance our equipment fleet, we have ordered Atlas Copco drill rigs that will arrive in two months.
Our professional blasting crew, consisting of experts and blasters who have many years of experience in blasting work, performs blasting operations and services on request from clients and in line with the required licenses.
We also analyze quality of explosives and blasting accessories through blasting experiments.
We import the latest high-quality and safest explosives, explosives raw materials and blasting accessories from Russia and China. When required, blasting accessories are also imported from South Korea, Sweden, Australia and other countries. We supply explosives and blasting accessories to companies that have special licenses for blasting operations.
