"Ochir Undraa" LLC applies the safety policy to all spheres of our activities including production, storage, transportation, sales, service and more. The company's safety system focuses to minimize the injury and damage of the employees. We use modern technique and equipment, which satisfy the safety requirements and also ensure workplace safety in order to create high standard safety. Company's administration, labor safety managers and supervisors will be leaders in safety system and are expected to influence the employees to the greatest effect. They shall organize the implementation of the rules, regulations and standards throughout the company and will be the core in training of the employees.

All "Ochir Undraa" LLC employees are responsible for following the safety regulations and instructions, informing of the probable danger and accidents that already occurred, using special uniforms and gears as well as to protect the health and safety of themselves and others. Annually, employees sign on "Safety manifesto" as expression of their adherence to it. The manifesto is, on the side of the employer's - an expression of hopes and expectations about the employees, and on the side of the employees - a pledge that they acknowledge that safety is crucial and will work in accordance with the Manifesto. Providing employees with necessary information and instructions and involving them in necessary training is essential in enabling employees to carry out their work in line with safety procedure and standards of the company.There exists a control system for identifying possible industrial accidents and ensuring safety of equipment and working places. All employees have the right and the responsibility to stop work as soon as they find out there is a danger at the work place. We encourage such prevention steps by employees and such valuable contribution is taken into consideration when evaluating the execution by the employees.
